Review and evaluate tender ITT / ITB documents drawing specification and project schedules and understand the MEP scope of work. Responsible for and contribute in assigned proposals actively for MEP works.
Preparation of cost sheet like direct cost indirect cost temporary facilities and other related cost to tender.
Floating enquiries to suppliers / manufacturers / subcontractors as required.
Identify potential issues or areas of risk and communicate with Proposals & Estimation Manager.
Collaborate with other intra-company and other estimators to ensure that estimate are accurate and complete.
Day to day responsibilities
Review and evaluate project tender documents ITT / ITB documents drawings specifications datasheets and project schedules and identify the cost estimation basis. Preparing technical queries such as details missing documents pertaining to the tender.
