Estimation & BOQ Engineer - Massar Business Solutions

We are seeking an Estimation and BOQ Engineer who is responsible for preparing accurate quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for construction and engineering projects. The role involves working closely with design and project teams to ensure that cost and material estimates align with project scope and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Review project drawings, specifications, and tender documents to perform quantity take-offs.
• Prepare detailed BOQs in accordance with project scope and applicable standards (CESMM, POMI, NRM, etc.).
• Assist in the preparation of project cost estimates, rate analysis, and pricing sheets.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing for materials and services.
• Support the Estimation Engineer or Quantity Surveyor in tender submissions and cost evaluations.
