Estates Maintenance Assistant (Public Sector) VANRATH are assisting our client, a large Public Sector Organisation, in their search for an Estates Maintenance Assistant for 6 months initially with the possibility of extension. This role will be based in Lisburn. The post holder will work as part of a multi-disciplined Estates Operations Team, primarily carrying out semi-skilled maintenance duties. Responsibilities Carry out supervised & unsupervised repairs and maintenance on a range of electrical, mechanical, and building equipment. The post holder will have the ability to operate plant and equipment associated with these tasks. Accompany tradespersons as required in carrying out a range of Mechanical, Electrical and Building duties as well has assist in the training of new employees.
