All Points Law is a well-established, general-practice law firm in beautiful Qualicum Beach. Our current team consists of two lawyers, eight support-staff and one articling student. Our focus is on real estate, wills & estates, civil litigation, corporate law and family law. We are looking for a friendly, well-organized individual to join our cohesive team.

Specific job tasks will include:

• Drafting various documents, including retainer letters, letters to banks, probate notices, probate applications, consents and releases, and estate accounts;
• Performing Wills searches and gathering estate-related information from clients;
• Monitoring deadlines and setting-up reminder systems;
• Greeting clients and walk-ins in a professional and friendly manner;
• Answering and directing incoming phone calls;
