Estate Manager

An established Housing Estate in the Helderberg region is seeking to employ a full-time Estate Manager on a permanent basis. The client requires an experienced Estate Manager to manage and drive various overall Estate-related management responsibilities for this medium-sized estate.

SERVICE SCOPE

• Management of all security installations at the Estate in line with the HA’s Security policies and procedures.
• Management of all maintenance, landscaping, installations and associated service agreements, Health and Safety and all building activities.
