Responsibilities:
- First-level customer support via phone/email to resolve queries related to IQVIA solutions.
- Analyze market information.
- Assist with annual fiscal reports for the country.
- Support database maintenance for suppliers as needed.
- Assist in training clients on IQVIA's portfolio as required.
Requisites:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Administration, Marketing, International Relations, Public Relations, or related fields.
- Expected graduation from June/2027.
- Basic knowledge of Office package (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Intermediate English skills (reading/writing).
- Assertive communication, analytical, and proactive profile.
- Availability to work in a hybrid model in São Paulo/Capital (4 days on-site).
