Esports Operations & Business Development Manager
Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced esports professional with deep knowledge of the esports industry and ecosystem. The candidate must understand the operational, business, and management aspects of esports, including teams, players, tournaments, game publishers, sponsorships, and industry relationships. This role will be responsible for building and managing esports projects, developing competitive teams, handling industry partnerships, and supporting the company’s long-term esports strategy. The ideal candidate should have strong esports industry experience, excellent communication skills in English, and the ability to independently manage esports operations and business development initiatives.
