The LATAM CBS Hub defines CBS standards, governance, methodologies and portfolio frameworks. The Managing Director provides business needs, prioritization, sponsorship and resource availability at country level.

  Deploy BS and SDP standards, routines and tools as defined by the LATAM CBS Hub.

  Ensure consistent execution of SDP routines, structured problem solving, CI&T initiatives.
