About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Benefits Specialist to support the delivery of employee benefits administration across LATAM, covering Brazil (primary), Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Panama and Argentina .

The incumbent will be responsible for the end-to-end administration and operational delivery of health, life, dental, pension, allowances, and statutory benefits programs. The role requires strong coordination across internal teams (HR, payroll, finance), vendors, and client stakeholders, while ensuring adherence to regional regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Benefits Administration (LATAM Scope )

• Manage end-to-end administration of benefits programs including medical, dental, life insurance, private pension, meal/lunch vouchers, pharmacy, daycare, and allowances
