Coordinate ESG data collection, track submissions, and follow up with departments
Maintain ESG trackers, calendars, and documentation of policies, certifications, photos, data sheets.
Assist in organizing ESG trainings, workshops, and alignment meetings, including logistics and materials.
Support preparation of presentations, handouts, and basic design tasks.
Take minutes and follow up on action items from meetings.
Track progress of ESG initiatives against timelines and KPIs.
Assist with CSR programs as needed.
Take ownership of assigned ESG tasks under supervision.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business, Environmental Science, Social Sciences, or related interdisciplinary fields.
