STMicroelectronics TnF RnD Organisation is seeking to employ an ESD Engineer based in Singapore. The selected candidate will assist and report to the Senior Staff ESD Specialist based in Malta.

• LeadR&D activities on ESD and electrostatic charge control, including: investigating control strategies to reduce micro contamination and foreign matter on devices; designing and executing DOEs across multiple tools with installed sensors for data acquisition; analysing results to define optimal process parameters; and deploying sensor based monitoring on equipment to support ESD risk assessment
• To strengthen the Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) awareness and knowledge within Back-End Manufacturing and Technology (BEMT) Sites and Electrical Wafer Sorting (EWS) by developing & conveyingtraining materia l to the various levels of Operators, Technicians & Engineers.
