Position Name: Elementary School and Student Support Administrative Secretary
Reports to: Elementary School Principal and Director of Student Support Services
Time commitment: Full-time
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Student & Parent Administration
- Attendance Tracking: Review daily student absences reported by parents via PowerSchool at 7:30AM and update the system accordingly.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule and manage meetings between parents and the Principal, Assistant Principals, Counselors, and teachers.
- Student Withdrawals: Produce official and legal documentation for student withdrawals, including transcripts, enrollment certificates, attendance certificates.
- Academic & Supply Logistics
- Upload and update annual student supply lists for all classes.
- Monitor and maintain stock levels of office supplies.
