A leading premium lifestyle brand is seeking an ERP Systems Analyst to support its regional ERP transformation initiatives across Southeast Asia. This role will be instrumental in driving ERP migration projects, enhancing business processes, and supporting digital transformation initiatives while partnering closely with business users, IT teams, and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities - Support ERP migration and transformation projects, including requirements gathering, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 application support, troubleshooting system issues and managing enhancements.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to translate operational requirements into effective system solutions.
- Support ERP integrations, data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities.
- Develop and maintain functional specifications, process documentation, and user guides.
