Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex employee relations matters end-to-end (grievances, misconduct, performance, investigations, terminations)
Act as a key escalation point for leaders across the business - Provide practical, clear advice that balances risk and compliance
- Coach leaders to lift confidence and capability in managing people and performance
- Lead the enterprise bargaining process across 3 enterprise agreements
- Review and update policies and procedures to keep them fit-for-purpose and compliant
