- Perform equipment monitoring, respond to alarms, troubleshoot issues, and conduct routine maintenance while maintaining accurate machine logs and escalating issues promptly
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve operational challenges, troubleshoot RPA and scheduling systems, and implement process improvements
- Maintain workplace safety and product quality by ensuring proper material handling, reporting hazards, and optimizing AGV loading and auto-staging processes
