We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to support machine design and assembly operations. This role involves coordinating materials, documentation, and communication between teams to ensure smooth assembly and delivery processes.



Key Responsibilities

• Receive and organize COTS and custom machine components


• Track outstanding parts and ensure timely availability


• Stage materials and documentation for assembly readiness


• Coordinate with technicians, machine shop, and requesters to resolve part issues


• Package and prepare completed kits for shipment and delivery
