Equipment and Process Engineer (Pharma, Commissioning, Design, UFDF)

WHAT YOU’LL DO

1. Support manufacturing systems support applications, automatic temperature reorder systems and calibration program coordination to meet the daily production schedules while enhancing productivity and product quality.
2. Evaluation of production calibrated equipment.
3. Production support and process validation.
4. Interface with vendors for incoming components and external calibrations.
5. Lead general engineering related projects.
6. Understand manufacturing concepts like Value Stream mapping, 5S and Visual Workplace to improve quality, labour efficiency, and throughput.
7. Protocol and report writing.
8. Generate and modify manufacturing process documentation.
9. Work with cross functional teams as required.
10. Develop and implement process improvements.
