Demonstrated experience in business operations, program/project management, operational excellence, or a similar cross‑functional role (ideally in EOR Operations or an adjacent operating environment).
You have strong project management skills and can take ambiguous, multi‑stakeholder work from problem definition through delivery, adoption and measurement.
You can facilitate alignment across teams with differing priorities and influence outcomes without direct authority.
You use AI thoughtfully to improve your own workflows and incorporate it into solution design where it meaningfully increases quality, speed or clarity.
You are comfortable working with operational metrics and reporting (e.g., Sigma, Zendesk, Google Sheets) and can translate data into clear insights and recommendations.
You write clearly and default to transparent, effective async communication with peers and stakeholders.
