Job Summary

Reports to: Area General Manager (AGM)
Direct reports: Site team (Contract Support, Technical Team, FOH / Workplace team)
Location: Iskandar Puteri, Johor

The Facilities Manager leads the defined contract, ensuring financial and operational commitments are met and exceeded. The manager is the single point of contact for operational needs, owns P&L, and develops a high‑performing team to deliver the full suite of FM services (hard and soft).
