Oversee and enforce strict compliance of all construction activities with approved sustainability commitments, environmental policies, and regulatory requirements throughout the construction and Defects Liability Period
Monitor adherence to LEED Gold and Mostadam Gold certification standards, ensuring all project deliverables meet or exceed established environmental benchmarks
Conduct comprehensive site inspections and audits to verify environmental and sustainability protocols are rigorously implemented across all construction phases
Prepare and maintain detailed compliance documentation, audit reports, and sustainability performance records for regulatory review and project certification purposes
Collaborate with the Multi-Disciplinary Design Consultant (MDDC) team to identify, assess, and resolve environmental and sustainability non-conformances
