1099 Bench Engagement — Independent Contractor: This is an independent contractor (1099) bench engagement, not W-2 employment. Consultants execute a PSCG Master Independent Consultant Agreement. Consultants set their own hours within defined deliverable deadlines, maintain their own equipment, and are free to work for other clients. No PSCG benefits apply; consultants manage their own taxes, insurance, and retirement.
