Advise Occupier/Project Manager on environmental issues affecting the construction site.
Identify and discuss environmental health irregularities or potential lapses with the Occupier/Project Manager of the construction site, and recommend corresponding measures to prevent or rectify such concerns.
Conduct regular environmental inspections to ensure compliance with statutory and contractual requirements, including those set by NEA, PUB, and other relevant authorities.
Develop, implement, and monitor site‑specific Site Environmental Control Programme (SECP) in line with local environmental regulations, project specifications, and organisational sustainability goals.
Prepare and submit to the occupier a Site Environmental Control Report (SECR).
Attend to all feedback on any irregularities and inform the Occupier of the construction site accordingly.
