Job Title: SHE Advisor (Days Monday - Friday)

£40,000 per annum

Department: Safety, Health and Environmental

Reports to: Safety, Health and Environmental Manager

Overall Role Purpose

To provide support to the operational team by delivering competent SHE guidance, ensuring legal and company compliance, driving continuous improvement, and promoting a positive safety culture across all activities. Acting as a trusted advisor, the position helps reduce risk, prevent incidents, and strengthen the organisation’s overall SHE performance by supporting the SHE Manager.
