We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Recruiter / Sourcing Specialist to support a high-volume hiring initiative for manufacturing and production roles. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who recently received their bachelors degree or early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in recruiting, talent sourcing, and full-cycle hiring support within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

+ Review and evaluate resumes to identify qualified candidates aligned with job requirements

+ Conduct initial candidate screenings via phone or virtual platforms

+ Source candidates through job boards, databases, and other recruiting tools

+ Submit qualified candidates to hiring managers in a timely manner

+ Maintain accurate candidate records and tracking within internal systems
