We are seeking motivated individuals to join our international account team. You will handle inbound/outbound calls with customers from various countries, assist with inquiries, and provide exceptional service in English.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls via phone, email, or chat
• Provide accurate information about products/services to international clients
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally
• Document interactions accurately in the system

Qualifications

• High school graduate or above
• Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems
