Responsibilities - Provide day-to-day business-as-usual (BAU) operational support
- Manage end-to-end Unit Trust (Fund) operational processes
- Prepare and analyze regular product performance reports across multiple distribution channels
- Coordinate and support customer and staff engagement campaigns
- Monitor campaign effectiveness and conduct post-campaign analysis
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Assist with automated manual reporting processes through the use of Excel Macros and VBA
- Assist with ad‑hoc duties as assigned
