            4–7+ years in enterprise Windows infrastructure engineering. 
Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). 
Deep expertise in Active Directory, Entra ID, GPOs, Kerberos/NTLM, DNS, and authentication protocols. 
Hands-on with Entra Connect/Cloud Sync, federation/SSO, Conditional Access, MFA, and PIM. 
Strong PowerShell scripting; experience with Microsoft Graph/Automation. 
Experience with security hardening (Tier‑0, admin tiering), backup/restore, and incident response. 
Solid understanding of Zero Trust, least privilege, and identity governance concepts. 
Nice to have: Exposure to MDM/Intune and workplace scenarios affecting identity enforcement. 
Harden and secure AD and Entra ID according to best practices (e.g., Tier-0, domain hardening, attack surface reduction).
