This is a Part-time position. Candidates must be a minimum of 18 years of age and meet the requirements listed below.

• Coordinate and supervise the daily operations of all Show and Event Usher Programs to ensure a high-level of guest service and a positive guest experience
• Assist with the interviewing, hiring, scheduling, training, and performance management of ushers through pre-season and operation
• Responsible for assisting with implementation of effective crowd management plans, completing daily reports of attendance, and maintaining facility and program documentation to ensure all information is current
