Senior Analyst / Analyst, Retail ERM Integration

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the identification, evaluation, prioritization, and resourcing of ERM-related work for new boutique openings (NBOs).
• Ensure that the most important NBO risk programs are realized perfectly.
• Project manage or serve as Business Lead on cross‑functional initiatives.
• Seamlessly execute the integration of NBOs.
• Integrate new infrastructure into and out of ERM.
• Ensure department tools support business needs.
• Connect and organize the ERM department with business‑driven, simple, and relevant information.

Qualifications

• Proven skills, certifications, education or experience in enterprise risk management.
