Their platform is used by some of the world’s leading organisations and they are growing fast. As they scale, they are looking for an exceptional Enterprise CSM to own the post-sale journey for a portfolio of their most strategic accounts.
This is a high-touch, consultative position, not a support function. You’ll be the trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders, guiding enterprise customers through onboarding, adoption, renewal and expansion and ensuring they get genuine, measurable value from the platform.
