Directs the development and application of enterprise architecture best practices, architecture patterns, and playbooks within the company and client organizations. Serves as a trusted advisor, leads the design of innovative solutions and enterprise architecture engagements, and ensures quality project execution by monitoring team performance and adjusting resources as needed. Leads the design of strategy formulation and the mentoring and development of team members to enhance technical capabilities and expertise.
