            Responsibilities Support Registered Nurses (RNs) in the coordination of care of patients. 
Assist physicians and RNs in bedside procedures and treatment. 
Communicate effectively and maintain collaborative relationship with the multidisciplinary healthcare team members. 
Provide patient education to patients, Next of Kin (NOK) and caregivers on self-care management. 
Attend to and assist RNs in inpatient resuscitation or medical emergencies. 
Support clinical supervision of new enrolled nurses, support care staff and coaching of nursing students in the delivery of nursing care. 
Identify common causes of patient safety incidents and work with the supervisor and senior nurses in carrying out quality improvement activities. 
Be a team player and participate in clinical audits as required. 
Job Requirements Candidate must be enrolled with SNB.
