Assume shift or night duties or be on call whenever necessary.
Assist in wound management incorporating tracking of wound progress and assist in assessing, documentation and reporting of wound condition to Nursing Officers in managing wound outcome.
Pack, prepare and serve oral medication, topical application and subcutaneous injections.
Assist the Nursing Officers in nursing rounds of Medical Doctor and other Allied Health Professionals (AHP) including Dietitian and Speech Therapist by preparing the required document.
Assist in arranging residents to attend medical appointments, such as scheduling appointments, assigning care staff to accompany residents and arranging transportation.
Prepare and arrange dressing trolleys.
Ensure medical supplies and consumables are sufficient.
