Job Title – Engineering Supervisor

Job Role

My client is a global leading provider in facilities management and they are looking for an Engineering Supervisor to manage and oversee one of their prestigious corporate contracts located in York. The Supervisor will be responsible for all FM building maintenance within the facility, whilst managing a team of 3 engineers, health and safety & client relations. Ideally the candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and have a strong understanding in FM M&E maintenance.

Key responsibilities

* Manage a fully integrated facilities management contract across the client’s site, encompassing hard services.

* Provide leadership on all FM service delivery and act as a subject matter expert.
