Site Based Supervisor 

Core Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 17:00pm

Reporting To: Technical Services Manager 

Location: 76 Southbank, SE1

Integral UK Ltd are currently recruiting for an exciting role based at 76 Southbank, a striking redeveloped office building located along the River Thames in London's vibrant Southbank. The successful candidate would be responsible for the day to day operation of pre-planned and reactive maintenance activities including but not limited to the statutory position of the property inclusive of the reporting on any issues identified by client consultants or insurers on the Riskwise or Elogbooks systems.

The Supervisor will work closely with and contribute ideas to the Technical Support Manager and deputise for him in his absense.
