            Responsibilities  Undertake new product development or be involved in sustaining engineering/CIPs. 
Research new automation technologies and continuousimprovement for performance and system optimization. 
Develop plan for equipment installation and validation atcustomer site or main business site. 
Perform a full lifecycle product development (design,develop, test prototypes, manufacture and implement). 
Design for manufacturing (DFM), design for assembly (DFA)and Concurrent engineering. 
Developed fabrication drawings, assembly drawings andlayout drawings. 
Selection and sizing of standard components available offthe shelf. 
Documentation: Machine BOM, Work Instruction, PPT forpresentation. 
Work with customer to gather requirements, review designswith customers, gather feedback and create execution plan.
