**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**

+ Lead and manage all aspects of engineering activities, including planning, execution, and delivery
+ Support pre-bid engineering, cost estimation, and budgeting activities
+ Partner with cross-functional teams (Projects, Procurement, Finance, Sales, and Field Services) to ensure project execution meets timelines and quality standards
+ Drive achievement of project objectives such as sales targets, operating margin, and asset performance (including DSO and inventory turnover)
+ Ensure timely submission of engineering documents, purchase requisitions, and final project deliverables
+ Represent the organization in interactions with customers, consultants, and suppliers
+ Review engineering documents (e.g., FDS, test procedures) to ensure alignment with customer requirements
+ Plan and execute FAT/SAT activities to meet client expectations
+ Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively address challenges
