The Manufacturing Technology Centre (MTC) is seeking an experienced and inspiring Engineering Manager – Materials Technology to lead our Materials Technology Department within the Technology Group. This senior leadership role is based at our Coventry campus, and involves translating the strategic vision of the Component Manufacturing Group into effective departmental delivery. The Engineering Manager plays a pivotal role in translating the Component Manufacturing Group’s strategic vision into departmental execution, ensuring that engineering excellence, innovation, and capability growth remain at the forefront of our work.
