Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Sustainable Infrastructure Engineering, Clean Energy, or a related discipline.
Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in ACMV/HVAC servicing, maintenance
Leadership: Proven experience in managing, leading, and scheduling a team of field technicians or technical site crews.
Technical Competency: Strong structural and operational knowledge of diverse air conditioning systems
Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with Singapore's Workplace Safety and Health Act (WSHA) and safe site deployment protocols.
Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communications skills for handling corporate client inquiries, and a collaborative team mindset.
