About the role

Myn is supporting a global platform business with a key leadership hire as part of a broader reorganisation within engineering.

This role sits above individual teams. You’ll be responsible for a group of engineering teams and the managers leading them, with a focus on improving how delivery works across the organisation.

The environment is already established, with multiple teams, dependencies and moving parts. The priority now is creating more consistency, improving flow, and strengthening how teams operate at scale.
