Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Engineering Team in preparing shop drawings, material take-offs, and estimates
  • Ensure all technical documents comply with project specifications, codes, and quality standards
  • Support Project Managers and Site Engineers by resolving technical issues during execution
  • Supervise and mentor Engineers, CAD Operators, and Estimators to improve team performance
  • Streamline engineering processes, document control, and submittal timelines
  • Validate quantity and cost estimates for bidding, procurement, and project control
  • Coordinate with consultants, clients, and suppliers for technical clarifications

    • What We’re Looking For:

  • Licensed Civil Engineer
  • At least 8 years of engineering experience in construction or fit-out projects
  • Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or managerial engineering role
