Minimum Requirements:
  • N6 Mechanical Engineering / BTech Mechanical Engineering / Degree in Mechanical Engineering essential
  • Minimum 4-year mechanical qualification required
  • GCC Factories beneficial, but not essential
  • Strong people management and leadership experience
  • Solid hands-on experience with hydraulic systems, pumps and pump stations
  • Must be practical, hands-on and willing to physically assist where required
  • Experience with preventative maintenance, mechanical repairs, contractors, compliance and budgets
  • Strong problem-solving, planning and stakeholder management skills
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage mechanical maintenance, repairs and preventative maintenance plans
  • Oversee hydraulic systems, pump stations, pumping systems and related equipment
