A well established Manufacturing business is looking to appoint an experienced Engineering Manager to lead its on site engineering function. This is a pivotal leadership role with real influence over site performance, culture and long-term strategy.
You'll join a stable, forward thinking organisation where you can make a genuine impact driving reliability, safety and continuous improvement across the operation.
As Engineering Manager will take full ownership of the engineering department and team. This role is focused on delivering a high performing, reliable plant while embedding a strong safety culture and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
