            Responsibilities  Lead engineering teams through 1:1s, performance calibrations, career development, and hiring. 
Drive execution by owning sprint planning, roadmap delivery, and managing scope and quality tradeoffs. 
Maintain technical depth to review designs, challenge architectural decisions, and surface risks. 
Coordinate across teams to manage dependencies and communicate tradeoffs to PMs and leadership. 
Partner with Engineering and Product leadership to shape team strategy and roadmap prioritization. 
 Requirements  2–5+ years of engineering management experience with direct ownership of performance and hiring. 
Experience managing teams of 4–10 engineers in a fast-paced, iterative environment. 
Technical depth in your team's domain to earn credibility with senior engineers. 
A proven track record of reliable delivery and shipping high-quality software.
