The role ensures high equipment reliability, operational excellence, and compliance with food safety and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing engineering teams, preventive maintenance programs, and technical projects in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the plant’s maintenance function, ensuring equipment reliability and uptime.
• Develop, implement, and oversee equipment preventive maintenance programs.
• Manage maintenance schedules and allocate resources for planned and unplanned repairs.
• Oversee plant modifications, upgrades, and new installations to support production requirements.
