This role involves leading a team of engineers, collaborating with senior leadership, and delivering scalable, high-impact solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and grow an engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration and technical excellence
- Design and develop new features in collaboration with leadership
- Build and maintain scalable backend (TS/Node.js, Postgres, Redis, Kubernetes) and frontend (ReScript, React.js) solutions
- Expand the third-party integration marketplace
- Support technical architecture planning and cross-functional teams
