The Role
· To provide day to day manufacturing support to fastener production operations.· Review/analyze production processes and make recommendations for improvement actions.· To support and oversee the OEE improvement activities.· Undertake process improvement activities, monitor improvements and report on their success.· Document manufacturing operation instructions and provide relevant training as required.· Assist with new manufacturing process design.· Assist with the investigation and resolution of product and process concerns.· Support update of drawings through change request process.· Ensure that all new manufacturing processes/process improvements are verified in accordance with IATF requirements.· Utilize data analysis/monitoring to support problem solving activities.· Assist in the APQP process for new product development.
