**Job Description**

**Summary**

The Engineering Development Technician IV is part of a design team focused on the development of the next generation UAV systems and their subsystems. This will include all levels and facets of design from conceptual clear through the detailed design and will include building and testing of these systems. To qualify for this position, one must currently be enrolled as an undergraduate pursuing a Mechanical Engineering degree. Examples of one's tasks include:

**Responsibilities**

+ Supports engineering activities such as design, test, check-out, modification, fabrication and assembly of prototype electro-mechanical systems, experimental design circuitry, laser/light transmission devices, or specialized test equipment
+ Performs programming in CAM and operating of CNC milling 3 axis to 5 axis machines
