Role

Engineering Capability Lead – Process Optimisation. Reporting to the Lead Engineer – Continuous Improvement, you will lead and deliver process improvements that enhance engineering delivery, strengthen assurance, and embed clear, scalable ways of working across the business.

Location

Hybrid working based on the nearest primary office – Derby, Warrington or Manchester – with regular attendance expected at one of the core sites.
