            Responsibilities Responsible for operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of transmission and IP network equipment. 
Provide remote and on-site technical support to customers. 
Monitor network performance and handle alarms, faults, and service issues in a timely manner. 
Perform routine maintenance, health checks, and preventive maintenance activities. 
Escalate and coordinate major incidents to ensure service restoration within SLA requirements. 
Prepare maintenance reports and technical documentation. 
Support network upgrades and configuration changes when required. 
Main Requirements Diploma or above in Telecommunications, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related disciplines. 
Experience in transmission, bearer network, or IP network maintenance and support. 
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
